Lauren Middleton (Loz) is a writer, actor and avid traveller, who has explored 30 countries. When she isn't writing or dancing around the house, you can find her eating her way around Auckland or spending time with friends and family. Her special ability is doing a Gollum voice (from Lord of the Rings). This is Lauren's debut novel but definitely not her last!

Originally from the wild West Coast of Scotland, Robyn Glendinning has called New Zealand home since 2019. She is a graduate of Duncan Jordanstone College of Art and Design, specialising in Illustration. She now spends her days as a conservation ranger, avoider of evil possums and drawer of villainous sheep stealers. If she can't be found clinging to a gorse bush or sharpening her vast collection of pencils, she can be found dancing in her beachside garden with her flatmates, performing all original disco funk with the band Fairydogs, or cycling obscenely long distances for fun.
