Typical elements and sights are always depicted as no visitor to the city has ever seen them, except in their dreams – or in a movie. Because that is what Ramelli is a master of: elevating everyday scenes to cinematic ones. His photographs show iconic places such as Times Square and the Empire State Building in a new light and invite you to discover the city from a dreamlike perspective.
