Author

Wendy Morgan is a qualified chef and Cordon Bleu cook who has worked in the food industry for 35+ years. Along with her husband, chef Rex Morgan, they owned the very successful Wellington restaurant, Citron. Wendy had a colourful childhood, being brought up and working in her family's famous pie shop in Lincoln, Canterbury where she gained a passion for all things pastry. Wendy and Rex now live in Christchurch and work in catering. Easy As Pie is her third book.
